I like the way this ring turned out. It is a commissioned piece and although complicated ended up so much better than I imagined, I and the fellow who ordered it were 'wow'd'.

Curves, details, a ring through the ring and a set of highlighting gemstones on either side of the front piece where it meets the band makes this item a real conversation piece.

Jakira is an African name that means 'smart one', which is a very suitable name for the orate piece of heirloom quality jewellry.The fellow who ordered it was thrilled and so was the 'lady' he ordered it for.I love the way this came out, but then I love making other people's vision go from imagination to reality.
