Bird Jaquar Ring - RG1024C1

This is the first ring in the series I am producing with Michael Meadows. In this nice big ring I was exploring how small I could produce the details in jewellery.

This is a bit of a tibute to the Mayan King Yaxun B'alam III, also called Bird-Jaguar was a high king of Yaxchilan from 631 until 681.
Set with a 3mm natural garnet, this is quite a striking ring.

It is a tribute to animals, as well as dieties, specifically birds and jaguars, and is part of my natural wonder series and the tributes series.
